Earlier in the month, the "Barbie World" performer previously addressed accusations claiming she had been taking Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes during an X Spaces chat.
"I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. That's one thing I wish," said Ice Spice. "Oh my God, like, what even is Ozempic? What the f--- is that? Genuinely, what is that?"
She noted that she was on a world tour at the time following the release of her debut album Y2K! and claimed her busy schedule is how she’s slimmed down.
"Like, you lazy ass bitches never heard of a gym?" added Ice Spice. "It's called the gym. It's called eating healthy. It's called being on tour."
"Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big," she said.
Last year, alongside Ice Spice, 50 Cent denied he used the medication for his 43-lb. weight loss.
“Everybody talking about weight loss. I was in the gym. I was working the f--- out, man. Who says Ozempic? I was running,” he claimed in an Instagram video. “I was running, I was doing what I had to do.”
The "Candy Shop" hitmaker, 50, noted that he started at 253 lbs. and currently weighed 210 lbs.
Additional celebrities who have denied using Ozempic include Scheana Shay, Ashley Benson, Julia Fox, Jessica Simpson, Garcelle Beauvais and more.
