After playing "Hangman" in *Top Gun: Maverick* and *Hit Man* in last year's Netflix action-comedy, now Glen Powell is playing *The Running Man*, directed by Edgar Wright and based on Stephen King novel of the same name.

Also in theaters, the Four Horsemen are back, now teaming up with three young illusionists for *Now You See Me: Now You Don't*. On streaming, brothers Kevin, Joe, and Nick are struggling to get from London to New York (not because of the government shutdown) to spend the holidays with their family in *A Very Jonas Christmas*.

On TV, Billy Bob Thornton is back for a new season of *Landman*, Mel Owens proposes (or does he?) on the season finale of *The Golden Bachelor*, and the fall finales of *9-1-1*, *9-1-1: Nashville*, and *Grey's Anatomy* turn up the drama...and end on some cliffhangers.
